Eventda provides multiple options of venue spaces based on:
Eventda fetches live prices from its Venue Management System (“VMS”) and publishes on the front-end for comparison purposes. With inventories being managed directly from VMS, Eventda is able to offer instant booking functionality, enabling users to obtain instant booking confirmation. By providing great visibility, Eventda intends to help venue spaces to improve their utilisation rate by providing following informations to venue providers:
Eventda helps businesses save costs when booking for spaces by democratizing corporate rates to all businesses. With integrated and centralized billing, businesses will have only one contact point – Eventda for all their spaces booking. They will also have integrated payment solutions as Eventda works with Saas, government agencies etc.
This is our competitive advantage.
We have three revenue models for our business as follows.
The MICE Industry in Malaysia were valued at over RM3.9 billion as of 2009. With Malaysia’s growing economy, the MICE industry is benefiting through the hosting of regional business events, meetings and conferences. Despite the pandemic, the industry has continued to grow and is projected to hit RM5.2 billion by 2026.
This is our go-to market strategy and our goal is to create opportunities with following three type of business models.
Eventda has signed a long term agreement with The Human Resource Development Corporation (HRD Corp) to manage and operate the HRD Corp e-Venue platform that offers over 1,200 venue spaces of Eventda to its training providers and registered employers to utilise their levy for their corporate training programs.
HRD Corp is an agency under the Ministry of Human Resources with over 14,000 training companies, more than 100,000 levy-contributing employers and RM 1 billion annual levy fund. This platform is valued at over RM 80 million in commissions.
More e-Venue like white-label solutions are expected in the future with potential partners like Travel OTA platforms, lifestyle apps, government agencies etc.
