Qwork Manpower Hub Sdn Bhd develops and deploys accredited, TVET-certified talent for oil & gas, manufacturing, and construction sectors. It addresses workforce shortages for employers and offers structured career growth for workers, aiming to reduce reliance on foreign labour in Southeast Asia.
Qwork Manpower Hub Sdn Bhd (QMH) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Qwork – an outsourced manpower platform that allows employers to hire all sorts of flexi workers in more than 20 different industries.
QMH addresses the critical talent gap faced by employers, who struggle with a lack of skilled workers and high attrition. Concurrently, it empowers a new generation of workers seeking flexible careers and faster progression, often hindered by a mismatch between their skills and industry demands.
The QMH is a strategic extension to Qwork’s operation, which is set to develop and deploy accredited and certified TVET-based talent for the oil & gas, manufacturing, and construction sectors — reducing employer reliance on foreign labour and meeting Southeast Asia’s skilled workforce needs.
