Important Note	*Contingent Liability: The Issuer has been named as a defendant in a pending civil suit initiated by Fipper Marketing Sdn Bhd (the “Plaintiff”) in Kuala Lumpur High Court Civil Suit No.: WA-22NCVC-954-12/2019 (the “Suit”). The Suit concerns a claim of specific performance of a sale & purchase agreement dated 6.9.2018 entered into between the Plaintiff (purchaser) and the Issuer (vendor) in respect of 2 properties located in Selangor. The Suit is currently fixed for trial on 11/10/2021 to 13/10/2021. There is no financial claim for damages made by the Plaintiff and the Board of Directors of the Issuer is of the opinion that there are no contingent liabilities which would financially and materially impact the Issuer in relation to this Suit.
