The Challenge

1. There is no travel app target the whole market

Whether you are a free independent traveller, someone who looks for customized travel packages or a group traveller, the information is always scattered and you are required to perform tedious research to get what you want.

 

2. There is no travel app fulfill all the of free independent travellers requirements

As a free independent traveller, we often plan our itinerary using multiple sources, ranging from Facebook, travel platforms and apps to fulfill our needs and requirements. More importantly, we often use third party software (i.e. excel) to map out our itinerary for visualization.

 

3. There is no travel app covers the whole ecosystem

Travel can become pretty awful and unpleasant when an accident or unpredictable event happens. Travellers are likely to experience feelings of fear and unable to get the correct contact to handle the accident in unfamiliar circumstances such as geographic and language.

Tabigo Strategy

 

1st Year: Launch the apps in 1st quarter of 2021

Develop a solid user experience with all required functionality for the Mobile Apps. Gather and establish a more trusted network of partners to 40 and merchants to 100. Focus to aquisite customers from Malaysia and Singapore and increase the number of users.

2nd Year: Travel Agency, Merchant and Partner expansion, Customer retention and Funding in Singapore in 2022

Partner with VISA/ MASTER to develop the E-wallet system. Create and Maintain a loyal client base via marketing and promotion. Empower our travel agency and merchant through education to increase the level of service and customer retention. Go for the 2nd round of fundraising and move the headquarters to Singapore to support whole asia.

3rd Year: Leverage on the system and oversea Expansion in 2023

Add the translation of other languages such as Chinese and Japanese and leverage on current resources to expand overseas.
